Malibu Boats significantly exceeds Q4 revenue forecast and raises outlook
Malibu Boats reported Q4 fiscal 2026 net revenue of $295.5m (+42.7%), about 12% above the Wall Street estimate, and adjusted EBITDA of $33.9m. Revenue growth was driven by a favorable product mix, higher deliveries and the first full-quarter contribution from the Saxdor acquisition. Management expects 2027 net revenue of $1.08–1.12bn and adjusted EBITDA of $101–109m, but says short-term margin headwinds from the Saxdor integration and production ramp are already factored in. The stock rose sharply in premarket trading. » More on de.investing.com

Malibu Boats: Saxdor acquisition boosts revenue, margins remain under pressure
Malibu Boats reported Q3 FY26 revenue of $235.7m and adjusted EPS of $0.56, both beating analysts’ expectations. The increase was driven largely by the acquisition of Saxdor Yachts completed in early March and strong performance in the aftermarket business, despite a 17.1% decline in unit sales. Gross margin and adjusted EBITDA fell due to higher material and labor costs and unfavorable fixed-cost absorption; gross margin decreased to 17.5% and adjusted EBITDA to $22.7m. For FY26 management expects combined revenue of $880–886m and adjusted EBITDA of $72–74m, but sees integration costs and Saxdor’s lower-margin mix as near-term headwinds. » More on de.investing.com
