MBB raises annual target thanks to strong performance at FRIEDRICH VORWERK

MBB increases its expected adjusted EBITDA margin for 2026 to 18–20 percent after a strong second quarter. The main driver of the improvement is the very good performance at pipeline and plant builder FRIEDRICH VORWERK, of which MBB is the largest shareholder. In the second quarter MBB achieved an adjusted operating profit of €75.2 million, an increase of almost 62 percent, and the margin rose to 25.1 percent.
