MBB raises forecast again – EBITDA margin now 22–24% thanks to FRIEDRICH VORWERK

The investment company MBB has raised its forecast for 2026 and now expects an adjusted EBITDA margin of 22 to 24 percent, driven by the strong performance at major shareholder FRIEDRICH VORWERK. For the third quarter MBB preliminarily achieved an operating margin of 26.3 percent; adjusted operating profit rose by almost a quarter to €84 million on revenues of €318.1 million. MBB increases its expected adjusted EBITDA margin for 2026 to 18–20 percent after a strong second quarter. The main driver of the improvement is the very good performance at pipeline and plant builder FRIEDRICH VORWERK, of which MBB is the largest shareholder.
