McCormick appoints Andrew Foust as chief integration officer for Unilever food integration
McCormick names Andrew Foust, previously president, Americas, as chief integration officer to lead the integration of its recently announced acquisition of Unilever’s food business. Foust will remain on the management committee and is expected to return to his prior role after the integration is complete. Patrick Davis, currently president, North America Consumer Products, will serve as interim and acting president, Americas. McCormick to buy Unilever food business in nearly $45 billion deal
McCormick will acquire most of Unilever's food portfolio, including Hellmann's and Marmite, in a transaction valuing the unit at nearly $45 billion. The company will pay $15.7 billion in cash and issue equity such that Unilever and its shareholders will own 65% of the combined company. McCormick beats Q3 forecasts, stock slips in premarket
McCormick reported Q3 2025 EPS of $0.85 (forecast $0.82) and revenue of $1.72bn (expectation $1.71bn). Adjusted gross margin fell by 120 basis points, while adjusted operating income rose 2%. The stock fell 1.16% in premarket trading to $67.50.
