Mears Group executives sell shares after exercising options to cover tax bill

Two Mears Group executives, COO Lucas Critchley and CFO Andrew Smith, jointly exercised 303,039 share options and sold 169,287 ordinary shares to settle resulting tax liabilities. Critchley exercised options on 109,166 shares and sold 60,984; Smith exercised 193,873 options and disposed of 108,303 shares at an average price of 400.5 pence per share. Mears Group plans 9% higher dividend for fiscal 2025

Mears Group proposes a final dividend of 11.90p per share, taking the total annual dividend to 17.50p, 9% above the prior year (16.00p).
