Mitie Group appoints Andrew Davies to the board of directors

Davies will also join the audit and risk committee, the nomination committee and the remuneration committee. Mitie director Phil Bentley increases shareholding ahead of OCS takeover

Phil Bentley exercised 8,806,611 free share options and settled the due income tax by selling 3,976,895 shares, increasing his holding in Mitie from 13,605,747 to 18,435,463 shares. The transaction takes place ahead of the recommended cash takeover of Mitie by OCS Group by means of a Scheme of Arrangement. Mitie confirms compliance with obligations after takeover of Marlowe
