Mobilezone raises MVNO postpaid target for 2026 after revenue and EBITDA growth
Mobilezone increased net revenues in the first half by 4.2% to CHF 127.2m; adjusted EBITDA reached a half-year record of CHF 19.6m. The acquisition of Apfelkiste strengthened e‑commerce and recurring revenues, and postpaid subscriptions and MVNO revenues grew. The company confirmed its EBITDA guidance for 2026 of CHF 50–57m, raised the MVNO postpaid target for 2026 from 250,000 to 260,000, and kept the mid-term EBITDA target for 2028 of CHF 70m; net debt stood at CHF 148m. » More on de.investing.com
mobilezone increases half-year revenue — COO Lars Keller to leave the company
mobilezone recorded first-half revenue of 127.2 million CHF (+4.2%), supported by the acquisition of the AK Group (Apfelkiste, Marein) and growth in MVNO subscriptions from Talktalk and Digital Republic. EBIT and net profit fell due to one-off effects from the sale of the Germany business and tax charges; without these effects EBIT would have remained virtually stable. The group confirms its 2026 targets (operating profit 50–57 Mio. CHF) and its medium-term EBITDA target of 70 Mio. CHF for 2028, and plans a dividend of at least 0.90 CHF per share through 2028. COO Lars Keller will step down on 30 November 2026; management will in future consist of CEO Roger Wassmer and CFO Bernhard Mächler. » More on finanzen.net
