Kraken considers IPO and expands partnership with MoneyGram to address cash gaps

Kraken is examining a potential IPO and, according to Co-CEO Arjun Sethi, is already about 80% ready. At the same time, the crypto exchange—through Payward Services—is developing a B2B platform for stablecoin payments and digital trading. In cooperation with MoneyGram, Kraken aims to tackle the "last-mile problem" between digital assets and cash, particularly in regions with weak financial infrastructure.
