ExxonMobil says Tengiz will peak next year but has other growth avenues
ExxonMobil warns Tengiz field output will peak next year and could drop about 40% to ~500,000 bpd by 2035. The company may offset the loss via Kashaganâpotentially adding up to 600,000 bpdâbut investment is stalled by a dispute with Kazakhstan. Exxon is also investing $100 billion through 2030 to lift production to 5.5 million bpd by 2035, citing growth in the Permian, Guyana and LNG projects (including Rovuma and possible Papua New Guinea developments) and new midstream deals with Targa Resources. » More on finance.yahoo.com

Exxon Mobil flagged as overvalued despite Middle East supply disruptions
Exxon Mobil has risen about 35% year-to-date as Middle East conflict disrupted flows through the Strait of Hormuz, but crude prices have reacted only modestly. A proprietary model rates XOM a hold and estimates roughly 13% overvaluation with a base-case target of $138.68 versus current trading above that level. Management says the company absorbed a temporary loss of roughly 10% of upstream production while market sentiment and volatile war premia keep valuation tension high. » More on finance.yahoo.com
