Montage Gold completes acquisition of African Gold and takes over Didievi project

Montage Gold has completed the acquisition of African Gold, making African Gold a wholly owned subsidiary. For each African Gold share, 0.0628 new Montage shares were issued; 29,957,800 new shares were issued in total and the total number of Montage shares outstanding is now 402,875,311. Option holders received 0.0628 new Montage options per option, with 2,951,600 Montage options issued.
