Monument Mining in dispute with Tuckanarra over joint-venture management of the Tuckanarra gold project
Monument Mining says its subsidiary Monument Murchison convened the management meeting of the Tuckanarra joint venture because, according to Tuckanarra, Monument Murchison was stripped of the role of joint-venture manager for a contractual breach effective 25 August 2026. Tuckanarra then applied to the Supreme Court of Western Australia for an interim injunction to stop the meeting; both parties have agreed on interim arrangements and an expedited timetable to resolve the dispute. Monument stresses that any interim arrangements do not constitute an admission as to the validity of the removal and reserves its rights under the EJVA; Tuckanarra denies the allegations. » More on finanzen.net
