Nabors invests $35 million in Quaise Energy and becomes largest shareholder

As part of the Series B financing, Nabors invested $35 million in Quaise Energy and, on a fully diluted basis, becomes the largest shareholder with around 14%. The transaction was financed by issuing roughly 392,000 common shares. Nabors gains exclusivity rights for drilling services and plans further cooperation on drill-system integration, automation and global project development.
