Navigator Gas takes $121.8 million loan for two ammonia tankers
Navigator Holdings' joint venture Navigator Amon Shipping has taken a first‑lien secured loan of $121.8 million to finance the construction of two ammonia‑fueled liquefied gas tankers (51,350 m³). The financing was arranged by ING London, Société Générale and OCBC and covers up to 70% of the building costs; remaining payments will be made from JV funds. The vessels are being built by Nantong CIMC Sinopacific, with expected deliveries in May and September 2028.
