Kingdom Capital spotlights Net Lease Office Properties after asset sales and large dividend return
In its Q3 2025 investor letter Kingdom Capital Advisors said it highlighted Net Lease Office Properties after the firm divested 22 of 59 properties, repaid all corporate-level debt and returned a dividend roughly equal to 20% of Kingdomâs initial cost basis. Kingdom expects additional marketed or under-contract properties to generate dividends that would further reduce its cost basis to near zero.
