TAG Immobilien expects gross proceeds of €282 million from the partial IPO of its Polish subsidiary Robyg in June/July and will remain the majority shareholder with 67.1%. The Robyg stake retained by TAG is valued at €580 million in the investor presentation, representing roughly a 40% increase versus the 2022 acquisition cost.
