NiSource shares climbed to a new all-time high of $44.97, just above the previous 52-week high. NiSource shares fall after resignations at Indiana utility commission, Genco spinoff may be delayed

NiSource shares lost about 6% after it emerged that two members of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission and the consumer advocate resigned. Citigroup analyst Ryan Levine warns that the personnel changes could delay or alter approval or the timeline for the planned spinoff of data-center unit Genco.
