North American Construction: revenue rises, stock plunges after profit miss

North American Construction reported Q4 2025 revenue of $344m, beating expectations, but missed adjusted earnings per share with a loss of $0.14. Margin pressure from $13m of cost adjustments on the Fargo flood-protection project and weather-related disruptions in Queensland pushed adjusted EBITDA down to $78m (22.6% margin).
