Nova banks on AI-driven WFE demand in 2026, China remains growth-neutral

At a conference Nova presented its 2026 strategy and sees the WFE market driven by AI and HPC investments as a central growth engine. The company forecasts $500 million in revenue from Gate-All-Around technology between 2024 and 2026, expects China to account for about 30% of revenue in 2026 with no further growth, and makes Advanced Packaging 20% of product revenue. Nova Ltd. beats Q4 revenue and EPS expectations, stock falls premarket

Nova appoints Rami Hadar to board of directors

Nova has appointed Rami Hadar to its board of directors effective December 24, 2025.
