Total Novavax option volume rose to 13,629 contracts by Friday. Call volume was 1,518 contracts (highest since April 18, 2024), put volume 12,111 contracts (highest since December 16, 2025). B. Riley raises Novavax price target as governance changes and positive Phase 4 data boost outlook

B. Riley increased its Novavax price target from $16 to $18 and kept a Buy rating, citing potential shareholder-driven governance and cost-structure changes that could strengthen the balance sheet. Separately, Sanofi and Novavax reported COMPARE Phase 4 results showing Nuvaxovid had significantly lower systemic reactogenicity than Moderna's mRNA vaccine, data presented at an infectious disease conference in Munich.
