Okeanis Eco Tankers reported a fleetwide TCE of USD 76,700/day for Q4 2025, adjusted EBITDA of USD 79.0m and adjusted earnings per share of USD 1.76. The company will pay a quarterly dividend of USD 1.55 per share (payout ratio 102%) and shows total liquidity of USD 122.5m with total assets of USD 1.2bn. Okeanis has agreed to acquire four Suezmax newbuilds, financed through a capital raise with roughly USD 245m gross proceeds, and now operates 16 modern vessels with an average age of about six years.
