  • OR Royalties agrees US$28.0m precious-metal stream with Canadian Copper

    OR Royalties has entered a binding US$28.0m streaming agreement for Canadian Copper’s Murray Brook and Caribou assets in New Brunswick. OR will provide US$5.0m at closing; a further US$23.0m will be funded quarterly in line with the project construction budget, with payments conditional on environmental permits, First Nations consent and a formal construction decision. Canadian Copper will deliver 20% of the payable silver and gold content in the concentrate, which OR will purchase at 20% of the spot price per ounce. OR will also receive common shares valued at C$4.0m and a first-ranking security interest, shared with a US$35.0m prepayment facility.
