Pan African Resources has, as a result of an administrative oversight, applied for the admission of a single ordinary share to listing in the "Equity Shares (Commercial Companies)" category of the FCA and for trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and on the Main Board of the JSE. Pan African Resources: shareholders approve final dividend and capital reduction
Shareholders of Pan African Resources approved a final dividend of 37 South African cents per share; payment is scheduled for 9 December. At the same time a capital reduction plan was approved, providing for the dissolution of the capital reserve and the cancellation of shares repurchased in July 2025. Resolution 17 to disapply pre-emptive rights failed; several other proposals, including the re-election of non-executive directors and the authority to issue shares, received more than 20% votes against, and the company said it will engage with the dissenting shareholders. For UK shareholders the exchange rate was set at 22.59000 GBP/ZAR (1.63789 pence per share); the South African withholding tax is 20%, and the ex-dividend date is 26 November in Johannesburg and 27 November in London. » More on de.investing.com
