paragon prepares move from Prime Standard to Scale at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
paragon’s management plans to prepare the transfer of the limited partner shares from the regulated market (Prime Standard) to the open-market segment Scale to reduce regulatory and administrative burden while maintaining capital-market presence in Frankfurt. Management considers Scale better suited to the company’s current size. After the Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse confirms the eligibility requirements, paragon intends to apply for delisting from the Prime Standard and admission to Scale, aiming to complete the move by Q2 2026 at the latest. Terra Innovatum reaches progress in NRC licensing process for SOLO microreactor
Terra Innovatum reports that several technical documents for its SOLO micro modular reactor (MMR) have been accepted by the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for technical review; the NRC aims to complete its review of the Principal Design Criteria report by the end of 2025. The company, which is pursuing a merger with GSR III Acquisition Corp. (GSRT), expects a safety evaluation by April 2026, has signed an MoU with Paragon Energy Solutions, and is evaluating potential test sites in New York as part of an RFI response.
