  • Perseus Mining reports strong 2026 fiscal year with record cash flow

    Perseus Mining recorded revenue of USD 1.5bn (+19%) in fiscal 2026 due to higher gold prices and solid operational performance, and a record operating cash flow of USD 666m (+24%). Basic earnings per share rose 17% to USD 0.3173, EBITDA was USD 860m, and gold production totalled 405,000 ounces with all-in site costs of A$1,750 per ounce. Total liquidity exceeded USD 1.4bn, including more than USD 1bn of net cash and gold inventories; the Nyanzaga project remains on schedule and on budget for first production in January 2027.     Perseus Mining has appointed Wade Bickley as chief operating officer; he will assume the role on 1 June 2026. From the Dubai office he will lead operational activities in Africa and brings more than 25 years of experience in gold and base metals operations, most recently as COO at Appian Capital Base Metals.     Perseus Mining reports Q3 2026 gold production of 107,000 ounces (+20.2%) with reduced all-in-site costs of $1,748/oz. The realised gold sale price rose 20.5% to $4,143/oz and cash and gold bullion holdings climbed to AUD 817m. The company doubled the interim dividend to AUD 46m, reports nominal operating cash flow of AUD 252m and is advancing investments in Nyanzaga as well as the acquisition of a stake in Aurum Resources.
