Piedmont Lithium completes merger with Sayona Mining to form Elevra Lithium

Piedmont Lithium has completed its merger with Sayona Mining, creating a new combined entity to be named Elevra Lithium with roughly equal equity held by Sayona and Piedmont shareholders. The transaction involved Sayona’s newly established US subsidiary merging into Piedmont, share-exchange ratios for Piedmont stockholders and CDI holders, and pending name approval from the Australian regulator.
