q.beyond starts first share buyback of up to 10% of capital at €3.78 per share
IT service provider q.beyond will buy back its own shares for the first time, offering €3.78 per share for up to 2,491,589 shares (around €9.42m). The acceptance period runs from 31 August to likely 28 September 2026; the price is about eight percent above the current level of roughly €3.50. The company has not committed to how the repurchased shares will be used (cancellation or acquisition currency), leaving open whether the buyback ties up growth capital or signals discipline in capital allocation. From a chart perspective the offer should provide short-term support, but a sustained breakout above the tight moving averages has not yet been confirmed. » More on finanzen.net
