QuickLogic misses Q2 revenue forecast despite strong margin improvement
QuickLogic reported Q2 2026 revenue of $5.5 million, below the consensus estimate of $6 million; adjusted loss was $0.06 per share versus an expected $0.04. Revenue rose 48.7% year‑over‑year, non‑GAAP gross margin improved to 46.8%, and revenue from new products grew significantly. Management attributes the revenue shortfall to a delayed contract renewal, maintains the full‑year growth forecast of 70–80%, and expects non‑GAAP profitability and positive cash flow in the second half. The stock rose in regular trading but slipped slightly after hours. » More on de.investing.com
QuickLogic tests post-quantum cryptography IP on eFPGA platform
QuickLogic, in collaboration with PQSecure, has implemented and demonstrated the post-quantum cryptography IP core CRYSTAL-1000C on its eFPGA hard-IP fabric for the Intel 18A process node. The core targets the NIST-finalized standards FIPS 203 (ML-KEM) and FIPS 204 (ML-DSA), and SoC developers can use QuickLogic's Aurora tools for configuration and resource planning. The eFPGA hard IP enables in-field updates of cryptographic engines via bitstream without new tape-outs; detailed performance data is available to qualified customers under NDA. Market forecasts see strong growth for post-quantum cryptography, and the report notes QuickLogic has recently shown significant stock and revenue growth. » More on de.investing.com
