QuinStreet is acquiring HomeBuddy (SIREN GROUP) for $190 million, comprising $115 million in cash at closing and $75 million in staged payments over four years. HomeBuddy will be integrated into the Modernize Home Services segment; the company reported approximately $141 million in revenue for the twelve months ended September 30, 2025. QuinStreet expects the acquisition to contribute at least $30 million to adjusted EBITDA in the first year and plans to finance part of the consideration through a new credit facility.
