Sanmina benefits from stronger AMD demand for Helios AI racks

Weak outlook weighs on Sanmina shares despite stronger Q3 results

Sanmina beat expectations in the third quarter with adjusted EPS of $3.31 (expectation $2.77) and revenue of $3.46 billion, driven by the acquisition of ZT Systems and 17% growth in the core business. The stock fell pre-market because the revenue guidance for Q4 ($3.30–3.60 billion, midpoint $3.45 billion) is about 2% below the analyst consensus.
