Sanoma lowers debt target and presents new 2026–30 targets — shares fall

Sanoma presented new financial and growth targets for 2026–30; the share price fell about 5.3% after the announcement. The company cut its net-debt target from below 3.0x to below 2.5x and confirmed a dividend policy of 40–60% of free cash flow, while the definition of free cash flow was adjusted to account for lease liabilities.
