Seanergy Maritime places €100 million bond in Greece
Seanergy Maritime has issued an unsecured €100 million bond for investors in Greece, which will be listed in the fixed-income securities segment of Euronext Athens. The bond matures in July 2031, was issued at par with a 4.90% p.a. coupon and pays interest semiannually. Proceeds will be used to partially finance newbuilds, acquire secondhand vessels and for general corporate and working capital purposes; issuance costs are estimated at about €4.4 million. Seanergy Maritime reports Q1 2026 revenue up 77.7% to $43.0m and adjusted EBITDA of $28.2m (+253%). Adjusted net income for the quarter was $13.4m, and adjusted earnings per share were $0.63, after a loss in the prior year.
