Shelly Group reports a 26% revenue increase in H1 2026 to 68.3 million EUR, an EBIT rise of 46% and a net profit increase of 51% to 15.4 million EUR. The EBIT margin rose to 26% and operating cash flow improved to 22.3 million EUR, while cash on hand as of June 30 amounted to 31.9 million EUR. The installer network grew strongly to 8,600 partners, demand for professional products such as smart miniature circuit breakers is high, and production is fully booked through year-end. Shelly confirms talks with French group Schneider Electric about a possible takeover, but does not cite a concrete offer or timing.
