Romgaz reports a Q3 2025 net profit increase of 73% to 755 mln RON on revenue of 1,800 mln RON and EBITDA of 1,008 mln RON. Production remained stable at 3.68 billion m³ in the first nine months, while the EBITDA margin was around 55%. Electrica and Romgaz have signed a letter of intent to jointly develop greenfield generation and storage projects with capacities of up to 400 MW. Electrica is to act as lead developer, Romgaz as a strategic minority partner via a special-purpose vehicle. The project is subject to due diligence and required corporate approvals; Electrica is contributing a portfolio of around 300 MWp of photovoltaic capacity (46.5 MWp in operation in 2025) as well as recently secured financing. » More on de.investing.com
