Solar Q3 2025: sales fall, Sonepar takeover and digital investments planned

Solar reports a Q3 2025 revenue decline of 1.6% to DKK 2.8bn and organic growth of -2.1% (adjusted -0.4% excluding project Solar Polaris). Quarterly EBITDA was DKK 110m (YTD DKK 296m), gross margin fell by 0.9 percentage points and net debt rose from DKK 2.7bn to DKK 3.4bn. Management announces the acquisition of Sonepar in Norway and continued investments in digital platforms and warehouse automation (more than DKK 2bn invested) to strengthen its competitive position.
