Spark New Zealand reports stable FY2026 results and rising share price

Spark New Zealand delivered FY2026 results in line with guidance: adjusted revenue steady at NZD 3.7 billion, adjusted EBITDA slightly down to NZD 1,035 million and adjusted NPAT at NZD 225 million. Free cash flow rose 18.5% to NZD 308 million, and net debt fell 35% to NZD 899 million after the sale of 75% of the data‑centre business. The mobile segment returned to growth and Spark announced a dividend range of NZD 0.16–0.18 for 2027, along with lower capex and ongoing cost reductions.
