Synlogic approves new 2025 equity plan and reconfirms board, but faces pressure over possible delisting

Synlogic faces delisting risk after accusation of being a shell company

NASDAQ informed Synlogic that a delisting review is underway because examiners consider the company to be a shell company. The exchange cited missing revenue-generating assets, substantial staff and business reductions since February 2024, and no revenues in the nine months through the end of 2025 (only $16,000 reported in R&D expenses).
