    Syrah Resources increased graphite production in the fourth quarter of 2025 by 34% to 34,000 tonnes and sold 29,000 tonnes of natural graphite, up 21% versus the prior quarter. The weighted average selling price was 577 USD/t (CIF) and C1 costs were 535 USD/t, while operating cash flow remained at -18 million USD. Total liquidity fell from 87 million USD at the start of the quarter to 77 million USD, with freely available cash of 18 million USD.
