Systemair beats revenue forecasts in Q4 2026, stock rises 8.3%

Systemair reported net sales of SEK 3.28 billion for Q4 of fiscal year 2025/26, beating consensus by 8.2% as organic growth accelerated to 9.6%. Reported operating profit was SEK 251 million, below expectations and weighed down by restructuring costs in Germany (SEK 22.9 million) and an impairment (SEK 17.5 million); the proposed dividend also fell short of estimates. Pre‑tax profit, however, rose by about 80% to SEK 214 million, after which the stock climbed roughly 8.7% to SEK 81 and analysts still carry buy recommendations with an average price target of SEK 97.25. Systemair Registered expected to post higher quarterly profit and slight revenue increase, analysts say

Six analysts estimate an average earnings per share of 0.887 SEK for the quarter ending 30 April 2026, versus 0.500 SEK a year earlier, and revenue of around 3.06 billion SEK (+1.78% year on year).
