Gorilla signs $1.4‑billion deal with Freyr for AI data centers in Southeast Asia

Gorilla Technology has signed a three‑year $1.4 billion contract with Freyr to develop AI‑powered data centers in Southeast Asia; the first phase worth $300 million will start in Q4 2025. Gorilla will provide GPU‑as‑a‑Service, monitoring and AI stacks and assume SLA commitments for operations and availability in Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand; the AI services are scheduled to go live in early 2026.
