Tasmea reports 36% EBIT growth in H1 FY26 – stock under pressure after WorkPac integration despite strong results
Tasmea increased adjusted EBIT in H1 FY26 by 36% to AUD 44.3m and delivered organic EBIT growth of 12% excluding the WorkPac acquisition. Despite robust cash conversion, a record revenue pipeline of AUD 663m and a confirmed full‑year guidance, the stock fell following market reactions to the WorkPac integration. Management says the WorkPac integration is progressing as planned, reiterated synergy targets and raised the interim dividend by 20%, but warned of risks from integration costs, competitive pressure in engineering and skills shortages. Tasmea expects adjusted EBIT of AUD 117m for FY26 including WorkPac and sees structural demand drivers from large infrastructure programs. » More on de.investing.com
