Thales expands radar plant in Brazil; annual production increases tenfold

Thales has completed the largest industrial expansion of its Brazilian subsidiary Omnisys in Sao Bernardo do Campo and invested more than 120 million reais (approx. $23.5 million). Production capacity for radar systems rises from an average of five to 50 units per year, and factory floor space grew by 40% to over 11,000 square meters. Thales rises after Deutsche Bank upgrade and improved outlook

Thales shares climbed about 3.7% after Deutsche Bank raised its recommendation from "Hold" to "Buy" and increased the price target to €296. Thales increases order intake and free cash flow despite F126 one-off charge

Thales reports a record order intake of €12.47 billion in the first half of 2026, revenue rising to €10.95 billion and free cash flow jumping to €1.87 billion.
