Titan Pharmaceuticals completes merger with Black Titan – Nasdaq trading to be halted

Titan Pharmaceuticals announced the completion of its merger with Black Titan Corporation and TalenTec Sdn. Bhd. All outstanding Titan shares were converted into Black Titan common shares, and trading in Titan shares on Nasdaq is expected to be suspended while Black Titan shares are slated to begin trading on Nasdaq from the next trading day. With the merger, Titan’s previous directors and executives resigned; Chay Weei Jye became sole director and acting secretary of Titan Pharmaceuticals.
