Town Centre Securities AGM approves all 17 resolutions

Shareholders at Town Centre Securities’ annual general meeting approved all 17 proposed resolutions, including the adoption of the financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025, the remuneration report and the re-election of all directors. Grant Thornton was appointed auditor and the board was authorised to set its remuneration. Authorities were also granted for the issuance of shares, the purchase of own shares and the disapplication of pre-emption rights; around 48.65% of voting rights were represented.
