TriNet acquires absence management platform Cocoon
TriNet has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Cocoon, a provider of technology solutions for absence management. Cocoon offers automated workflows, integrated claim filing with insurers and automatic payroll processing to ensure compliance. Upon closing, Cocoon will become a wholly owned subsidiary of TriNet; the deal is expected to close later this month and financial terms were not disclosed. TriNet expands HR platform with AI support, global tools and IT asset management
