    Triple Flag reported preliminary Q2 2026 revenue of $129.2 million from the sale of 28,674 gold-equivalent ounces (GEOs). Cost of sales before impairments was about $25 million, and the trailing twelve-month gross margin was 88%. Gold generated $81.9 million and silver $44.4 million; the company also closed the $440 million gold stream for Ravenswood and repurchased $20 million of shares.     Triple Flag agreed with Steppe Gold to settle outstanding delivery obligations: the company received several deliveries of gold and silver and agreed to fixed quarterly gold deliveries totaling 34,770 ounces over ten years plus a production participation starting in 2037. The obligations are secured by the ATO mine and guarantees from Steppe and Boroo Gold.     Triple Flag Precious Metals increased its revolving credit facility from $700 million to $1,000 million; the four‑year facility runs until May 2030. The facility retains an uncommitted accordion option of up to $300 million. Interest rates range, depending on leverage, from SOFR plus 1.325% to 2.75%; the lowest margin was reduced by 12.5 basis points. A banking syndicate led by National Bank Capital Markets, Bank of Nova Scotia and CIBC provides the facility, and National Bank of Canada is administrative agent.
