Tristar Gold closes brokered private placement of C$10.35m

Tristar Gold completed a brokered private placement raising gross proceeds of C$10,352,530 through the issuance of 45,011,000 units at C$0.23 each, including full exercise of the over‑allotment option. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half warrant; whole warrants are exercisable at C$0.30 until June 4, 2028. Proceeds are intended to finance exploration and development of the mineral concessions and for general working capital; agents will receive cash fees and compensation warrants.
