Triton exits Renk entirely

Financial investor Triton has sold its remaining stakes in tank-gearbox manufacturer Renk, ending a five-year partnership. After the IPO in early 2024 at €15, the share price most recently traded around €63; KNDS became the largest shareholder with nearly 16 percent. Gerresheimer gets surprise new finance chief, capital markets day postponed

Bernd Metzner will leave Gerresheimer on August 31 and will be replaced by Wolf Lehmann as the new finance chief from September 1.
