Voya flags Tronox weakness after softer guidance and leverage concerns

Tronox exceeds revenue expectations in Q2 2026, stock rises about 15%
Tronox reported revenue of $868m for Q2/2026, beating the consensus expectation. Adjusted diluted earnings per share showed a loss of $0.51, considerably worse than expected, and adjusted EBITDA was $73m. Tronox misses Q1 profit forecast, shares fall sharply
Tronox reported a loss per share of $0.55 for Q1 2026, missing analysts' expectation of a $0.45 loss per share.
