Unicorn AIM VCT is offering up to 60 million ordinary shares at 1p each to raise initially up to £20m; an overallotment option can increase the size to £35m. Subscription periods run for the 2025/2026 tax year until 2 April 2026 at 12:00 and for 2026/2027 until 31 July 2026 at 17:30, with planned allotments on 6 March and 2 April 2026. Unicorn AIM VCT announces a special dividend of 23.0 pence per ordinary share (total c. £50m) from the Hasgrove sale. The disposal generated £88m, of which Unicorn retained £22m to invest in Maia TopCo Ltd to remain exposed to Hasgrove’s growth. The record date for entitlement is 23 January 2026, payment will be made on 5 March 2026, and the share will trade ex-dividend from 22 January.
