United Lithium has signed a share-swap agreement to acquire Swedish Minerals, thereby adding eight exploration properties in Finland and Sweden, including Riutta and Duobblon, to its portfolio. The transaction provides for the issuance of 15,865,000 common shares and USD 427,500 in cash, includes a 1.75% NSR in favor of Scandinavian Resources and a reconstitution of the board; Jonathon Franklin will become president.
