H&R Block places $350 million bond due 2032

H&R Block said its subsidiary Block Financial LLC issued a $350 million bond with a 5.375% coupon maturing on September 15, 2032, guaranteed by H&R Block. Interest will be paid semiannually; the issuance includes customary covenants, change-of-control repurchase rights and a trustee change to U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association. Atlanticus Holdings closes private placement of senior notes for $400 million

Atlanticus Holdings announced the closing of a private placement of senior notes with a principal amount of $400 million and a coupon of 9.75% (maturing 2030).
